VA funding and other financing for Operation Level Up must be processed 5 weeks prior to your cohort start date. Average processing time for applications from the VA is 30 days.

To apply to use VET TEC benefits, apply online through the VA.

You must email vettec.vbabuf@va.gov stating you have been in attendance to verify your continued enrollment.

This must be done no earlier than the last day of the month. In other words, it can be late but not early.

You must notify EagleCorps when you find meaningful employment by signing and submitting the Verification of Meaningful Employment form and a copy of your offer letter.

As a VET TEC Preferred Provider, the VA pays EagleCorps:

• 25% of your tuition at first attendance
• 25% of your tuition at graduation
• 50% of your tuition when you are placed in meaningful employment

As a VET TEC preferred provider, if you don’t find meaningful employment within 180 days of graduating, we refund 100% of your tuition to the VA. I elected to become a preferred partner so we have to put our money where our mission is. EagleCorps success is directly tied to your success, and I sure as hell don’t like failing.
